What do you like about working at RxSource?

Based on my experience to date, it has to be the culture, the people and the potential to grow our business and help an increasing number of patients around the world. I have worked in this industry for decades, and I am used to KPIs based on performance and financials. This is the first company I have worked for with a ‘number of patients positively impacted’ metric, which is a great illustration of how we live our vision every day.

What do you like about your current role?

My role gives me a great opportunity to interact with a wide range of companies across the world, and to work internally with all functions of the business to ensure we deliver perfectly for our partners, every time. I want to see our business, and our positive impact on patients, grow and my role gives me the perfect opportunity to deliver on this.

Can you tell me a random fact about yourself?

I play the guitar (badly!) and have been known to get up and play at open mic nights around Belfast, Portugal….anywhere that is silly enough to let me get my hands on a guitar and/or microphone.
