Workshop Overview
Clinical trials are more complex than ever. Tight timelines, evolving regulations, global supply challenges, and growing pressure to recruit and retain patients mean sponsors need more than reliable suppliers. They need experienced partners who can anticipate challenges, adapt quickly, and keep studies moving.
Join us for an interactive workshop, in association with Proventa, exploring practical strategies for more successful clinical trials. Through expert-led sessions and real-world examples, we’ll share how technology, smarter planning and experienced teams can reduce risk and improve study performance.
We’ll explore how AI and the Control Tower model can provide greater supply chain visibility, improve forecasting and support faster, more informed decisions. We’ll also look at flexible packaging, just-in-time labelling and proactive supply planning, as well as the role of IRT in creating more connected clinical trial operations.
You’ll gain practical insights into comparator sourcing, from planning ahead and managing global supply risks to building more resilient sourcing strategies.
Finally, we’ll share why culture and experience matter. Strong teams solve problems faster, adapt to change and help keep trials on track when challenges arise.
Whether you work in clinical operations, supply chain or procurement, you’ll leave with practical ideas you can put into action across your own studies.
