COVID-19 Action Plan and Impact

RxSource is actively monitoring the developing situation of COVID-19 globally. The sourcing, storage and distribution of your material is of paramount importance to us and we will do everything in our control to minimize the impact on our services.

For the safety of our staff, it will be necessary to limit the number of on-site workers at our depots, encourage staff to work remotely and postpone in-person meetings and visits to our facilities.

Additionally, we are liaising daily with our couriers and suppliers to minimize supply delays and find alternative arrangements for stock and shipping where possible. As soon as we receive new information, we will be sure to provide you with further updates.

We anticipate the impact of COVID-19 will be felt for several months with increasing numbers of medicine shortages, so please contact us with any concerns or if we can offer you further support.
